Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication is a university sector college specialising in the creative exploitation of new technologies.
It delivers foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and training for professionals across the design, broadcasting and fashion sectors. Its specialist industry sectors include graphic design and moving image, animation, interaction design, product design, fashion, interior design, television broadcast engineering, post production and broadcast operations.
The College enjoys an excellent reputation based on the quality of its learning and teaching, excellent relationships with creative industries and the calibre of its highly employable and award-winning students.
In 2010, Ravensbourne will be relocating to an brand new digital campus on the Greenwich Peninsula to mark its educational transformation.
Enterprise and innovation is at the heart of Ravensbourne and its new building will incorporate a central enterprise hub offering students, staff, graduates, alumni and businesses access to the College’s leading edge facilities and creative talent pool.
The College currently has a community of about 1,400 students, drawn mainly from the UK and Europe, with around ten per cent from other international locations.
