Charlton Athletic Football Club is available as a training camp from 2009. The main venue is The Valley, a modern 27,000-seat stadium with a full size pitch and facilities for hosting international football.
It has a pro-zone system for individual player analysis and is hard-wired for television, with full media and press suites. It also benefits from four-player changing rooms and officials’ changing facilities, ice baths, plunge pools, physiotherapy and sports science facilities, a conditioning suite, restaurants and eight hospitality suites.
Charlton’s second site, Sparrows Lane Training Ground, is a purpose built training ground offering:
· 9 outdoor grass pitches
· Indoor synthetic pitch
· Outdoor synthetic pitch.
Sparrows Lane also has full physiotherapy and player conditioning facilities suitable for players at the highest level of English football.
